By using olliebcfund.org and our associated Shopify store, you agree to these Terms.

1. Donations

Donations to The Oliver Crane Memorial Bone Cancer Fund are processed in AUD. Donations over $2 may be tax-deductible in Australia. Please retain your receipt for tax purposes.

2. Online Store & Sales

  • Contract: A contract for purchase is formed only when we dispatch your goods and send a shipping confirmation.

  • Pricing: All prices are in AUD. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

  • Product Accuracy: We strive for accuracy in product descriptions and images, but cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of colours will be 100% accurate.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within Australia and internationally as specified at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only. Risk of loss passes to you once the item is delivered to the carrier.

4. Returns & Refunds (Australian Consumer Law)

  • Donations: Generally non-refundable. If an error occurs, contact us within 14 days.

  • Physical Goods: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.

  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for change of mind (e.g., wrong size or colour choice), but may offer an exchange at our discretion if the item is returned in original condition.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including the name "The Oliver Crane Memorial Bone Cancer Fund" and our logo, is protected by copyright. You may not use our branding for commercial purposes without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products.
